Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for blue-collar and other assigned positions. Source and attract suitable candidates through various recruitment channels. Conduct initial screening and interviews. Build and maintain a strong database of potential blue-collar candidates. Support recruitment campaigns and mass hiring activities. Ensure recruitment targets and hiring timelines are achieved. Prepare and update recruitment reports and track recruitment metrics.
المطلوب
2–3 years of proven experience in Recruitment. Strong experience in Blue-Collar Recruitment is required. Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Ability to attract candidates through social media, job boards, referrals, and recruitment campaigns. Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets. Previous experience in a high-volume recruitment environment is a plus.
